Introduction to an atypical courtroom lawyer

Like any lawyer's website, this one is intended to persuade you to hire the particular lawyer or lawyers who sponsor it. However, I've chosen not to use advertising and marketing consultants to design this website because their results often feel like fluff, smell like burnt plastic, and taste like "New Coke."

Instead, everything you read here, I wrote. I created the content, and I designed and posted each webpage. I've frequently included hyperlinks so you can examine the basis for my assertions by drilling down through deeper and deeper levels of detail. (Sometimes, on behalf of my clients, I submit digital meta-briefs — packed with hyperlinks to evidence or precedents — so judges can do likewise.)

You haven't seen me in court yet. But this website will acquaint you with my credentials, experience, and philosophy, as well as my policies on fees and expenses. The very specific information here should help you decide whether I'm the right lawyer to represent you in court. 

This is not a typical law firm website, but I'm not a typical courtroom lawyer.
