I accept few new clients directly. Rather, my engagements are usually collaborations with — or referrals from — other lawyers whose clients would benefit from board-certified trial representation, especially at critical late stages of high-stakes litigation.
That often means parachuting into the very brink of a jury trial, mediation, evidentiary hearing, or key video deposition — high-leverage moments when experience counts the most.
